Recital on the great organ by the organists of the Saint-Gervais church in Paris:
Aude Heurtematte, Nicolas Bucher & Gaétan Jarry.
For the European Heritage Days, AROSS is celebrating the history of the grand organ at Saint-Sulpice – a masterpiece in its day by the organbuilder François Henri Clicquot – with a recital by the titular organists of one of the great Clicquot organs preserved in the capital, the one in the church of Saint-Gervais.
This is an opportunity for Aude Heurtematte, Nicolas Bucher and Gaétan Jarry to demonstrate the rich colours of the Saint-Sulpice organ.
Works by Balbastre, G.F. Couperin, Boëly, Widor, Tournemire, Ravel.
Organists performance broadcast on large screen in the nave and live on YouTube.
